I made this topper using a digi image from Chi Chi Memories 'Submarine' and the sentiment too... these images come from the Splash of Fun range.
Loving the 'lil teddy peeping out of the window...I love teddies...if you hadn't noticed already...LOL! Used Glossy Accents from Ranger to create the 'glass' of the window.
Can't wait to see all your gorgeous creations!
