Hello from a Stranger… and a Whimsy Blog Hop!

Hasn’t time flown by…June has been a mad-crazy, busy month with lots of highs but unfortunately some lows…

I am very sorry if I have not been to visit you all in a while, I have not been in my ‘crafty’ spare room for yonks!! It’s surprising how quickly you can lose your mojo and creativity when you try to get your crafting head back on after a three week break from it…

I had a very magical 40 something birthday a couple of weeks ago and I had the whole family from Cornwall to stay with me in Manchester for over a week!! It was certainly a mad house but in a very good way!! My o/h Gary, booked a table at a very swank restaurant and had a totally, fantastic evening…lots of wine, chat & laughter…the evening was buzzing and the memories will last forever…

Here was my dessert and the whole restaurant sang ♪♫ Happy Birthday ♪♫ …LOL!!

Unfortunately, I was also made redundant from the firm I was working for, so most of my time now is spent at the job centre and in interviews…hopefully something will come up soon :)

...I’d also like to share a little make I put together for the Whimsy Blog Hop that they are having for one week and will finish on Friday 8th July at 12 Noon EST…

They are celebrating the July Digi releases, never been seen before designs, from Crissy Armstrong, Raindrop Echo Designs, Meljen's Designs collection, Natalie-Mooncookie and Kathy Kittmer here at the Whimsy Stamps Store

I love this sweet image called ‘Noah’s Ark’ by Chrissy Armstrong and coloured with Prisma Pencils blended with Sansador. The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps and the papers are from my stash as is the ribbon. I dabbed on loads of Stickles for good measure too…LOL!

Why not come and join us in this fun Whimsy July Digi Blog Hop and leave comments along the way as there are 2 mystery DT members who will choose a winner from the comments left on their hop posts!!

The Grand Prize for the lucky winner will be to choose 5 digital stamps from Whimsy and will get the chance to guest design for Whimsy for the whole month of July!!

So hop onto this link for the Whimsy Blog Hop and get started on your way through the blog hop…there's also some great inspiration to be found there too, well worth checking out to see the new releases in use!!

I hope to be with you again soon, until then have a fantastic weekend!! :)

Thank you so much for visiting and leaving your comments! It really makes my day special!!
